Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,
Are you looking for a way to lower your monthly water bill and conserve water? Well, now is the time! Our sewer averaging period starts November 1 and runs through the end of February. Since water consumption is generally lower during the winter months, conserving water during this period may help reduce your monthly wastewater fees.
If you experience a water leak or filled a swimming pool (10,000 gallons or more) between November 2026 and February 2027, you may qualify for a sewer averaging adjustment. To request a review, complete and submit the Sewer Averaging Adjustment Form.
Please submit all sewer adjustment requests by May 31, 2027, to be considered.
